'Strictly' Rachel 'feeling the pressure'

Rachel Stevens has confessed that she is struggling with the pressure of performing the Argentine Tango on tomorrow's Strictly Come Dancing.

The singer's partner Vincent Simone is known for his expertise with the routine and performs it professionally with fellow Strictly dancer Flavia Cacace.

Stevens, who will also take to the stage for the American Smooth, admitted that she is feeling nervous about the Tango.

"There is that pressure, but there's pressure on everyone at this stage in the competition," she told Claudia Winkleman on It Takes Two.

However, Simone said he is confident that Stevens will do well, claiming that as dancers they are "meant for each other".

He added that he is also feeling the heat in the show's final stages, saying: "We need to be there. I can't sleep."

Simone revealed that he has been pleased with the praise the judges have given his choreography in recent weeks. "From a professional point of view, that's the best you can ever get," he said.
