Strictly Come Dancing star Vincent Simone has revealed that he records the show every week so he can watch his own performance.
The Italian told The Mirror that he does not find it at all embarrassing.
He stated: "I love seeing myself on TV. That's the problem, they can't really get enough of me in the shot.
"Ideally I think they should have two cameras on me, one for my face and one for my body. A TV screen is just not big enough.
Simone went on to suggest that he does have some insecurities, but when pressed about what he does not like when he stares at his reflection, the professional dancer admitted: "Well, nothing."
He continued: "Every week I record Strictly and watch myself back to see how I look. I often think TV was invented for Vincent Simone. And it's even better now I'm in high-definition.
"I've got quite a few mirrors at home. Table mirrors, big wall mirrors. Even the surfaces in my house are polished and shiny so I can see my own reflection. I don't want to miss a second of my life. There's an aura that comes off of me."
