The last ten Strictly Come Dancing celebrities performed a range of dances when they went before the panel tonight. Keep reading to find out what Alesha, Bruno, Craig and Len thought of their performances.

Here's what the judges had to say:

Natalie Cassidy and Vincent Simone: Jive

Len: (8) It started off full of energy, all those kicks and flicks, and I thought it was in perfect synchronisation with Vincent, didn't see any of that go wrong. Loads of energy there, then you went into your slightly quieter mode, Vincent, didn't you, with the change of hands behind your back, the stop and gos, a little bit of basic coming in there. I thought the whole package was fabulous, well done.

Bruno: (8) Natalie, what happened? You had a firecracker up your bum. That is the performance I've asked you to perform and you came back and you did so. That is the kind of focus and energy that you have to maintain now that you have proven that you can do it.

Craig: (7) Natalie, what can I say? I have to say that was absolutely unbelievable. Your get up and go is incredible. What I love about you is that positive energy you bring to the show - it really is fantastic. However, your free arm, darling, looks very, very lonely - you've got to do something about that. Also, a little more swivel on those little chicken walks that you did there, darling, but very light, very nimble, and very good.

Alesha: (7) I have to agree with the guys, you captured the spirit of the jive, your energy and your enthusiasm was infectious. And it is such a tiring dance to do and I think you coped with it well, you kept the energy levels going. The flicks were good, but I think Craig is right. That free arm... just control your arms a little bit more, but job well done.

Score: 30

Ali Bastian and Brian Fortuna: Paso Doble

Len: (9) Well, you are a very talented dancer, I must say, and you danced that beautifully. I must congratulate you, Brian - I think that was a lovely bit of choreography that you produced. Much as I loved it, you were a little bit straight-legged on occasion and it did lack a bit of aggression about it, but I thought that was because you were betraying the cape more, and I thought you did a beautiful job.

Bruno: (8) It was beautiful, glistening like a bejewelled cape in the Spanish sun. It had a lyrical quality that is not quite right for the paso doble. Paso doble has to have more attack. I know that nobody would mistake you for a bull, but you have to get that kind of energy, and I know that there is a problem, but I have to point that out.

Craig: (8) I really feel for you because I know that must have been horrific to dance, and I have to say that I love the way that you danced. I really enjoyed it. The double arm spin into that gorgeous rendez release thing that I absolutely loved. I though it was clean, I thought it was accomplished. I did think, however, it did lack a bit of the earth, wind and fire, and I think that is sort of getting into the earth but obviously you are injured so I guess we have to take that on board.

Alesha: (8) I think you danced it well Ali, but I want to see you using your acting skills more within the dance. Whenever I watch you, I always feel you are a bit fragile, you always have this worried kind of look with your face and when you dance the paso this is the dance when you really need to take control. Your turns were impressive, great shaping, was great choreography, and probably the best arm work I've seen from any female celebrity.

Score: 33

Jade Johnson and Ian Waite: Foxtrot

Len: (9) I thought the dress thing was a trick and I though the whole performance was a treat. Well done.

Bruno: (9) Oh, my fair Jade. Long, smooth and elegant with a twinkle in the eye. I really loved it, loved it.

Craig: (8) Well, your heel got caught in your dress, didn't it, which threw you a little bit because you squealed. But lovely kick into the oversway, I thought the movement of flow around the floor was gorgeous.

Alesha: (9) Jade, I think you made a difficult dance look really easy, It was comfortable to watch. You two create the most lovely picture together, well done.

Score: 35

Laila Rouass and Anton du Beke: Viennese Waltz

Len: (9) Lovely rotation, great hold, lovely movement round the floor. Bring this quality in your Latin dances, this confidence and this joy of dancing... it was absolutely great.

Bruno: (8) Back in the comfort zone. This is the kind of performance that we have to see in Latin, it is no good just in ballroom.

Craig: (8) A classic with a modern twist. I thought it was delightful.

Alesha: (8) You looked like a princess tonight, it was a a tad skippy for me tonight but aside from that, I loved it.

Score: 33

Phil Tufnell and Katya Virshilas: Tango

Len: (7) In cricketing terms, walking from the pavilion to the crease is the start, in the same way learning the routine is only the start. It is from there that you start to get the character in the dance and the polish in the dance. Work on the refinement. Put in a few hours and just get it a little bit tighter.

Bruno: (8) I'm happy to see that you came out here and you did a dance full of confidence, all the range of the steps, no gimmicks. You don't need to shake your bum all the time because you can actually do it. You still have to work on refinement, though, but a great, great improvement.

Craig: (7) I think it is a real risk to do a tango to such a lyrical piece of music, it can either work or backfire. I think it sort of did both. It worked in the sense that choreographically I think it was great, the kick ball changes kicked in with the drums and all of that. But I think it gave you a lyrical sense which meant that you had a rise and fall throughout it that you shouldn't do, you should work on one level.

Alesha: (8) It is a character dance, it is a difficult dance, that was a tricky routine. I liked it.

Score: 30

Ricky Whittle and Natalie Lowe: Quickstep

Len: (10) The best dance of series seven.

Bruno: (10) Take it away, Ricky. Slick, fast and never went wrong.

Craig: (9) Bandy legs and pigeon toes... that has never stopped Brendan Cole from dancing. But I have to say, absolutely a-maz-ing.

Alesha: (10) Tonight Ricky, you was in a league of your own. That made me smile the whole way through, that was magic.

Score: 39

Ricky Groves and Erin Boag: Rumba

Len: (8) I have to be honest, Craig, I don't like sitting next to you for a kick-off. I don't mind critique but it has got to be constructive, this is just destructive. You are destroying these people. Ricky, this is such a hard dance for the guys, you've got to show emotion and you are either going to be too strong or too feminine and I don't think him and him appreciated what a hard dance this is.

Bruno: (5) Daniel Craig has nothing to worry about. The hip action is really the most important thing in this dance, I know it is difficult but it was terrible. It is not your dance - that is all I can say.

Craig: (4) I thought that sliding door variation was very awkward. I thought there needed to be a lot more resistance in the movement as a whole. I thought that actually the entire routine was very conceited, to be honest.

Alesha: (7) Ricky, you've been taken completely out of your comfort zone, it is not easy to stand there and play Mr Seduction, is it, in front of millions of people. I think you coped with that really well and acted your way through it very superbly. It wasn't a bad effort.

Score: 24

Zöe Lucker and James Jordan: Samba

Len: (8) You are always good - and very occasionally great - and there are one of two couples in this that sort of feel that they are the leaders of the pack. And no-one is really challenging those couples. I think you have the potential to challenge them. I think nerves get in your way, and get out there and sell it.

Bruno: (8) I'm loving it too when you go down and dirty with your feather duster. What you have to do though now, as Len said, is the next step. In this dance, you have to have a very sharp clipped finish, so sometimes you get there and sometimes you don't, but I know you can get there every time, so think about that and work on it.

Craig: (7) You have an enormous amount of rhythm and your timing is very good, but I think a bit more animal would have been great in there.

Alesha: (9) I liked all the gyrating, I though that was great. Everything in the past has been quite carefully placed. It is nice to see you let go and lose your inhibitions, I know that wasn't easy for you to do but you did it. There was lots of continuous movement - you go, girl.

Score: 32

Chris Hollins and Ola Jordan: Cha Cha Cha

Len: (8) You were shaking your groove thing, old soldier. Overall, you are right back to where you were in week one.

Bruno: (7) You bring the energy but you have to take the basic on the ball on the foot because if you don't do that, the hip action won't happen correctly. Everything has to come into play at this stage, not just one of two things.

Craig: (7) For me a little bit cha cha chunky. You lost your hip action, but it had an amazing dynamic. I thought it was a fine endeavour, my love.

Alesha: (7) I said to you before... you have a good rhythm, you are a good support for Ola... but I want to shut your mouth with some tape. Only because he counts his way through, I don't mean that in a bad way, it is just a bit distracting, that is all.

Score: 29

Craig Kelly and Flavia Cacace: Waltz

Len: (7) Of course there was the odd mistake, things went a bit hayward, but to say there was no rise and fall. I know you want to go to Blackpool, and if determination and trying hard was all you needed, you would be halfway up the M1.

Bruno: (5) Very laboured again, I don't think you have a feel for the music. The rise and fall was so false. I don't think you know what you are doing. I don't think you can dance. I'm sorry, it didn't take me anywhere.

Craig: (5) It was leaps and bounds ahead of what you did last week, but it still needs a lot of work. It needs sway, it needs cleaner footwork. I think at one point Flavia stood on your foot, but we are seeing at least some progression.

Alesha: (7) Week seven and finally, Craig, I've seen something that I like from you. I couldn't help smiling, that is what the waltz does. You kept good body contact throughout and you are starting to look more comfortable, good for you.

Score: 24
