The channels, so far broadcast free-to-air, will only be viewable as part of a Sky subscription package.
Yaser Aziz Khan, general manager of Geo TV UK and Europe, said: "We are confident that the community, whose support has made Geo the top Pakistani Television Network, will continue to support Geo in the weeks and month's to come and that we will prosper together."
Geo TV was criticised by Ofcom in May when it aired coverage of a prayer session in which a Muslim scholar called for God to "ruin" Salman Rushdie.
