Telewest is looking into fixing problems experienced on its digital cable service with the BBC's 606 Interactive service "as a matter of urgency", the cable operator told Digital Spy today.
Annoyed customers began posting on our Telewest Broadband forum when the feed for the programme, an interactive version of BBC Radio Five Live's show of the same name, disappeared ten minutes into the service.
A spokeswoman for Telewest Broadband told us today: "We have been running 606 interactive services over the weekend.
"We don't have an explanation of why the feed has been cut yet, we are looking into it as a matter of urgency.
"We will be carrying the service on other matches but it is only available through the BBCi Red button service when those matches are on."
