ntl reaches agreement with Vodafone

ntl and Vodafone settled a dispute over line rental charges on Monday, it has been confirmed.
Vodafone alleged three months ago that it had been overcharged by ntl for line rental to connect mobile calls to fixed-line telephones. The value of the claim was never disclosed, although ntl said in a statement that the dispute has been "settled amicably."
In a statement, ntl said: "ntl looks forward to continuing its strong commercial relationship with Vodafone in the future."
