Simply Television has gone into liquidation this afternoon, Digital Spy has learnt.
Whilst the factual channels such as Simply Asian and Simply Nostalgia will be dropped, we understand the shopping channels will stay on air under the directorship of Henry Scott.
The network was quick to pull the plug on its websites, redirecting all trafic to the Simply Shopping homepage. Simply Nostalgia and Simply Asian initially remained on air following the announcement but appeared to disappear completely at around 12am Thursday.
