Sky release keypad remote control

Sky have released a combined keypad and digital remote control. The unit looks like a Sky+ remote control (but works with all Sky Digiboxes) and opens in half to reveal a QWERTY keyboard for interactive aplications, such as email and banking, available on the Sky Platform.

Matthew George, New Product Sales and Marketing Manager at Sky said: "The Sky Navigator combines all the functionality of a Sky remote control and the interactive keypad into one convenient and stylish device. It can also be set up to use a remote control for Sky + customers Sky digital viewers can now look forward to even greater ease when using Sky Active's services and a clutter free living room!"

The new Sky Navigator is available from July 4. Viewers can upgrade their current Sky remote to the Navigator from £24.99 by calling 0870 555 1111.
