ONrequest update delayed
Published Monday, Oct 2 2000, 17:00 BST | By James Welsh
The scheduled update to PPV service ONrequest yesterday did not go ahead as planned.
The reason for the upgrade delay lies with problems at ONdigital's control centre, which were also to blame for today's outage of the service to all customers.
Customer services have told several customers that the upgrade should now happen in one week's time.
