Deutsche Welle quits Virgin Media TV

Television and radio services from Deutsche Welle have been dropped from Virgin Media's digital cable lineup.
The channels, which had only been available in ex-Telewest areas, left channels 830 and 971 on December 5.
Today, a spokesperson for the cable operator told DS: "Virgin Media's broadcast agreement with Deutsche Welle has now ended."
