Under a fortnight till Top-Up TV launch

Top-Up TV have announced that their package of channels for digital terrestrial viewers containing Bloomberg, Boomerang, Cartoon Network, Discovery Channel, Discovery Home & Leisure, E4, Turner Classic Movies, UKTV Food, UKTV Gold and UKTV Style that costs £7.99 per month with Television X available at an additional monthly cost of £9.99 is to officially launch on March 31st.
