ntl planning off-net ADSL service

Sources have indicated to Digital Spy that ntl:home is planning to launch an ADSL service targeted at people living outside its cable franchise areas.
A previously reliable source says that the 512kbps service will be priced at £29.99, including £15 of call charges, and is set to launch on July 1, 2004.
