Telewest to install new call centre software
Published Wednesday, May 26 2004, 21:06 BST | By James Welsh
Telewest is planning to roll out new software to its customer service call centres later this year.
The cable operator has selected the User Process Management Platform from London-based Corizon. The new software unifies disparate customer management applications under a single user interface. John Simmons, Telewest's IT solutions director, says that this will allow customer service representatives to "work more effectively and intuitively."
Telewest's director of customer care, Steve Stewart, says that "this will translate into better service for our customers."
