ONdigital has appointed Carlton 021 and ISN to produce its multi-million pound coverage of the Football league, according to Broadcast.
The companies pipped Granada Media and Sunset + Vine in the deal, which will see them jointly produce 100 games over three years starting in August.
Nick Atkins, ONdigital programming director, said: "We aim to raise the profile of the Football League and bring it from the shadows of the Premiership where it has found itself over the past three or four years."
