Bollywood Films is set to close later today after broadcasting for less than a year.
The pay-per-view movie service featuring the latest releases from the Indian film industry is owned by the people behind Red Hot Films.
Lack of subscribers and competition from other Asian TV channels is thought to be the reason behind the closure.
Bollywood Films will be removed from 844 in the Sky EPG within the next few days.
