377,600 tune into BBC HD for Murray win

377,600 viewers tuned in to BBC HD to watch Andy Murray triumph over Stanislas Wawrinka in last night's Wimbledon thriller, according to overnight ratings figures.
BBC HD's high definition coverage of the floodlit match averaged 201,400 viewers - a 1% share of the audience - between 7pm and 10:45pm. Figures peaked at 10:35 as Murray went through to the quarter-finals with 377,600 viewers and a 1.82% share.
Coverage on BBC One in standard definition averaged 8.5m over the four hours from 7pm, peaking at 10:35pm with 12.62m (55.5%).
