Wine Network begins testing

Tests for the upcoming launch of Wine Network TV have now begun.
Currently only EPG 'Now and Next' data is available with full video testing expected within the next few days.
The channel is testing under label '53520' at frequency 11.390V, symbol rate 27500, forward error correction 2/3.
