ntl to create jobs in Coventry

Britain's biggest cable operator, ntl, is planning to expand its customer relations team in Coventry.
The Coventry Evening Telegraph reports that the cableco has designated its Coventry base a "specialist centre" and will have responsibility for handing customer relations. 80 new jobs will be created at the Coventry site.
"We want our workforce to be as reflective of our society as possible and are looking to welcome a wide range of people, of all ages and backgrounds, to join our team in Coventry," ntl's Coventry contact centre manager Steven Birnie told the paper.
