Virgin TV, Sky in talks about Living HD

This follows today's announcement that the HD channel will join Virgin Media's digital cable TV lineup by the end of this month, alongside FX HD, MTVNHD and National Geographic HD.
In reaction to this, there has been debate on Digital Spy's Sky+ HD forum about whether the channel would also be coming to Sky.
Virgin Media Television confirmed to DS today that it is negotiating with Sky about the firm carrying Living HD on its digital satellite EPG.
However, Sky declined to comment on these negotiations and said it would not remark on the HD channel launch strategy of any external content provider.
Sky remained silent on any potential discussions about taking UKTV's Good Food HD, despite Virgin Media confirming that it was "currently in active talks" to carry the channel on cable.
The satellite firm did, however, reiterate that it is keen to secure as much new HD content as possible to offer its customers.
