Former ONdigital Executive John Egan has won his lawsuit against the digital terrestrial operator.
The former Director of Operations secured almost £100,000 in unpaid bonuses in the industrial tribunal, which also found he was unfairly dismissed in September 1999.
After leaving ONdigital, Egan went on to launch interactive outfit sit-up.com, which has spawned auction channel bid-up.tv. A fellow sit-up colleague, Ashley Faull, ex-director of programming at ON, is also suing for an unpaid bonus.
