Top Up TV appoints new ad agency

Über Agency has been selected to handle Top Up TV's advertising account.
"We are looking forward to working with Über," said the DTT pay-TV provider's sales and marketing director, Matt Seaman. "This is a very exciting time for both parties, as the opportunities within the digital TV sector are huge. Our strategy moving forward will see Top Up TV’s presence substantially elevated in the market place."
