CPW to stock IP Vision's Freeview box

From the end of November, the Freeview+ accredited IPTV receiver will be sold in all of CPW's specialist wireless outlets in the UK for the price point of £199.
The retail deal is in addition to IP Vision's existing arrangement with the John Lewis chain, which went live in July.
"Carphone Warehouse's Digital Lifestyle stores are a great fit for FetchTV. The box is at the cutting edge of entertainment and its TV viewing capabilities coupled with all of its other functionality fits directly into the Digital Lifestyle's store proposition," said IP Vision chief executive Eddie Abrams.
"With the development of services like [BBC, ITV, BT and Five joint venture Project] Canvas, we know that content delivered via broadband will become more commonplace over the next few years. I am proud that we are able to lead the way and be the first to market with this technology."
IP Vision also recently announced that Sky Player will become available on FetchTV from next year, giving access to the satcaster's premium sport and movies content on the subscription-free platform.
