A problem at Sky has resulted in prospective credit card customers being deluged with up to 17 information packs.
In a thread titled "Sky Credit Card - A Warning!!!," Digital Spy forum members have been reporting their experiences.
"I made the fatal mistake of filling in the online form for more information about the new sky credit card that works in the interactive slot," began one member, "...and now wished I hadn't - as does my postman! 2 days after filling in the form I get an info pack through the post. Then the next day 2 more info packs, the day after 4 further info packs arrived. All exactly the same. I now have 17 info packs..."
Several more replies to the thread have indicated that this was by no means an isolated case.
"I also filled the form in online and have received 3," said another member, while another added "I filled it out sometime last week and have received at least 1 a day."
"Maybe someone gets a bonus for each one that they send out," quipped 'flobadob.'
