BR selects DTT playout solution

One of Germany's largest public broadcasters has signalled its intention to move from analogue to digital programme distribution.
The Bavarian Broadcast Corporation (Bayerischer Rundfunk), has selected a DVB-T playout system from Scientific-Atlanta to deliver three multiplexes of digital programming across the state.
DTT became available in Bavaria at the end of May.
