OFT clears ITV's purchase of SDN

The Office of Fair Trading has cleared ITV's purchase of DTT multiplex operator SDN.
The transaction, worth between £134m and £150m, will not be referred to the Competition Commission.
Speaking in April, ITV CEO Charles Allen said that the acquisition of SDN "another step in ITV’s strategic development and positions it well for future growth."
