The Community Channel is now available 24 hours a day on NTL.
The channel has replaced the Local Channel on channel 14 in areas served by the Bromley headend, and is also available on channel 511 in areas served by the Langley headend.
"We are delighted that ntl digital customers will be able to see the Community Channel 24 hours a day, in time for exciting new prime-time programming like Britain in Bloom and People's Millions at the end of September and Black History Month in October," said Community Channel controller Nick Ware. "The channel has seen a significant increase in its viewing figures and audience response over the last 12 months and this increase in penetration will only help the channel grow further."
