Dublin-based Channel 6 will be added to the basic tier of NTL Ireland's TV service when it launches, it was confirmed today.
The new channel, which is expected to launch this spring, will aim for the advertiser-friendly 15-35 year old demographic. It plans to position its programming to compete with the UK's Channel 4, RTÉ Two and TV3.
