Sky+ Live Pause, Rewind issues resolved
Published Friday, Jan 20 2006, 18:21 GMT | By Alan Jay and Neil Wilkes

The glitch, first reported last September, has affected usability of the 'live pause' and 'rewind' facilities for a minority of customers at intermittent intervals.
“While only a small minority of Sky+ customers have been affected by this issue, we realise that Sky+ has become an irreplaceable part of our customers' viewing experience, and as such any disruption is significant," a Sky spokesperson told Digital Spy. "We are truly sorry for inconvenience or frustration experienced by our customers.“
Thanks to Digital Spy's forums and extensive feedback on this subject in the Sky+ forum, Sky's technical team has been able to track down this very complex bug and has developed a fix.
The version 4 download with this fix should be rolled out to all Sky+ boxes by the end of the month.
