The Sci Fi channel today announced that it will be launching a timeshifted offering on Sky's digital satellite platform next month.
Sci Fi +1 will be available at EPG number 130 and will play out the Sci Fi channel on a one hour delay from 3rd April.
Nick Betts, Managing Director, Sci Fi channel, said: "We're obviously thrilled to be offering our viewers more choice and more time to watch their favourite programmes, but the launch of the +1 is, moreover, a hugely significant endorsement of our brand and the universal interest in the sci-fi genre. It also marks an important step in NBC Universal Global Networks UK expansion plans."
