Sky Movies has relaunched its interactive service to "significantly enhance" its film offering.
The red-button service, accessible from any Sky Movies channel, allows users to view trailers for upcoming films showing on Sky, a movie planner and in-depth film information.
"Sky is constantly looking for ways of adding value for our customers," said Mike Taylor, head of Sky Movies Interactive. "This new red button service, designed to deliver a more immersive movie experience, is another significant enhancement to Sky Movies, after the recent launches of Sky Movies By Broadband and Sky Movies By Mobile."
Further enhancements planned for the coming months include a ticker, a genre-based 'mood matcher' and built-in planner reminders.
