Marking the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 this Friday, the app is designed to celebrate "the epic journey Harry and his friends have taken since they arrived at Hogwarts".
The app, developed by Virgin Media using content from Warner Bros Pictures, is available now in the Virgin Media TiVo Apps and Games section.
It includes a range of Harry Potter content, along with shortcuts to previous movies in the series via Virgin's on-demand platform, including Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I. A Sky Movies subscription is required to watch Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
Cindy Rose, executive director of digital entertainment at Virgin Media, said: "There is no better way to celebrate the hugely successful Harry Potter series than by giving fans cherished footage of the stars that have made Hogwarts a household name.
"The Virgin Media TiVo service presents a whole new digital entertainment experience for consumers who want more from their TV, and this app is a magnificent example of the unique services we're capable of delivering."
Yesterday, Virgin Media launched a new smartphone application allowing subscribers to its TiVo service to browse and record programmes while on the go.
