The Doel computer's Primary model comes with a Via processor and runs the Google operating system on a 10-inch screen, BBC News reports.
Advanced models run Linux on a 14-inch WXGA LED backlit screen, powered by a Pentium processor. Basic and Standard models run Linux using Intel Atom hardware.
State-owned telecom company Telephone Shilpa Sangstha is producing the laptops as part of the 1.84 billion taka (£15.6 million) Digital Bangladesh government scheme. An initial 10% of the computer components will be produced in the country, rising to 60% in six months.
"This is a big step towards building a digital Bangladesh. When villages get laptops at a cheaper price they will be connected to the internet and that will bring lots of benefits," said Mohammad Ismail, Telephone Shilpa Sangstha's managing director.
Digital Bangladesh aims to digitally connect the country by 2021.
