The latest version of the web video software adds security updates and Ice Cream Sandwich support to coincide with the US launch of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
"This update to Adobe Flash Player 11 includes compatibility with Android 4 supported devices, performance improvements and bug fixes related to security and stability," read a statement from Adobe.
Adobe's 11.1 update is likely to be the last major Flash release for mobile devices as the platform holder previously announced that it is abandoning the plugin in favour of HTML 5 development.
The Samsung Galaxy Nexus was released in the UK on November 17 as the flagship device for Google's Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. It arrived in North America earlier this week.
Flash Player 11.1 is available to download from the Android Market now.
