Samsung has announced two new PCs running Google's Chrome operating system at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES).
The Samsung Chromebox is a desktop computer with similar dimensions to Apple's Mac Mini, featuring five USB 2.0 ports, DVI, a DisplayPort and headphone jack on the exterior. Specs for the machine are yet to be revealed.

The Korean tech giant also confirmed that it is refreshing its Series-5 Chromebook line with improved hardware. The range's Intel Atom processor will be replaced by the Intel Celeron, to accompany its 16GB of RAM, reports Engadget.
Samsung's Series-5 Chromebooks' physical design has also been altered, with a new matte look and less prominent logo.

The refreshed Chromebooks will be available in North America at $399 (£220) for a WiFi-only model, and $449 (£292) for the 3G-compatible edition. UK release details are yet to be confirmed.
The Chromebox will be available from mid-2012.
