Five is to roll out its red-button interactive service on cable over the next week.
Similar to the service on Sky, the application will provide listings information, competitions and mobile content.
"We've been working with red button for a couple of years now on satellite, so we're delighted to now be providing similar services to our cable audience as well," said Five's interactive controller Paul Thornton-Jones.
