The service scours Twitter accounts for opinions on subjects that fall under each topic, and uses a system called 'sentiment analysis' to sort positive from negative.
Users will also be served movie trailers, music videos and breaking news articles on the site.
"Stazoo was created by two individuals who wanted to simplify the social media experience. With the aim of bringing relevant content to users and making public opinion easily accessible, Stazoo was born," read a statement from co-founders Asa De Alwis and Nick Neo.
Earlier this month, another start-up business, Wavii, launched a personalised news stream service to provide users with tailored feeds based on their preferences.
Stazoo is available online and can be utilised through a Twitter account.
