Nokia has unveiled a video advertisement for its 808 PureView smartphone, filmed entirely on the handset itself.
The Finnish firm shot the footage to showcase the capabilities of the Symbian device's 41-megapiexl sensor.
Nokia's 808 PureView comes with a 1.3GHz single-core processor with 512MB of RAM and 16GB of storage. Bonus features include low-light performance and image compression to help users share photos. The device's camera can shoot in 1080p HD video and has a 4x loss-less zoom.
The handset was unveiled at the Mobile World Congress in February, where it was confirmed that it will run the Symbian operating system, rather than Microsoft's Windows Phone.
Symbian was the world's leading mobile operating system until it was eclipsed by Google's Android in November last year. Recent developments suggest that Nokia is gradually phasing out the platform.
Reports suggest that the Nokia 808 PureView will become available in the UK on April 23 and be offered SIM-free for the hefty price of £464.98, but the platform holder is yet to confirm these details.
