The sports wristband is a translucent version of the original Nike+ FuelBand, which was previously launched in the UK and US.
Already available in standard black, the Nike+ FuelBand is a fitness aid that helps users monitor their activity level and calorie count by measuring how much 'Nike Fuel' they have earned.
Nike Fuel is a normalised score based on the user's physical activity throughout the day, awarding them points for everyday activities such as commuting to work or walking the dog.
An accompanying iPhone app enables Nike+ FuelBand owners to sync their data and keep track of their progress. Data can also be transferred to the Nike website via the device's USB connectivity.
The Nike+ FuelBand Ice will be available from July 27 at London's Boxpark and the House of Innovation at Selfridges. There will be limited availability from nikestore.com from August 12.
