Google is to establish a YouTube studio in London.
The 'creator space', based at the company's offices in Soho, will provide budding filmmakers with the tools to develop more professional content for the website.
"It is amazing to think that some of the most successful creators on the platform, with millions of views, use little more than their bedrooms, a webcam and any props they can lay their hands on to produce compelling videos and build a global fanbase," said YouTube's Sara Mormino.
"But many of our partners are ready to take their channels to the next level by using the latest equipment and editing techniques as well as tapping into the valuable advice from other experts and YouTube stars."
The studio will be stocked with cutting edge camera and cinema technology, feature two recording spaces, an editing suite and a greenscreen for backdrops.
Mormino went on to say that YouTube partners from all over the work will be able to book the space to gain access to its facilities, learn new skills, and collaborate with other filmmakers.
