The hut in Beach Green, Shoreham, has been kitted out by Virgin Media to allow "beach lovers to surf the web as well as the waves outside".
The 10ft by 8ft space (with a 4ft porch) features 15 different gadgets selected by former The Gadget Show presenter Suzi Perry, including wind-powered lights, coffee makers and a children's tablet computer.
Holidaymakers can also benefit from Virgin Media's TiVo service and an ultrafast 100Mbps broadband.
This marks the latest stunt by VIrgin Media, after the firm previously launched a fleet of supercars turned into London taxis to launch superfast broadband, and established its own 'gentleman's club' in London called Our House.
Discussing the beach hut, Perry said: "As more of us are embracing 'stay-cations', spending time at the beach has become an integral part of British family holidays.
"I think gadget-enhanced huts like this will become increasingly desirable as it means the whole family will be entertained; whether there's rain or shine, or simply just to keep in touch with friends and family whilst away from home.
"Beach time to me is all about having fun and relaxing, but it's reassuring to know that innovation in technology means you can enjoy the best in entertainment and connectivity even when spending time beside the seaside."

VIrgin Media director of advanced technology and innovation Dale Barnes said: "At Virgin Media we are dedicated to creating world-class digital services, whether it's in the home, on the move or even on holiday.
"Our 'gadget hut' allows beach lovers to experience the seaside in a very modern way; surfers can watch for forecasts for the best waves, sun-worshipers can keep up with friends on social networks and families can catch up on their favourite TV shows when the sky turns grey."
