Dixons and PC World are now offering the Research in Motion (RIM) tablet at just £129, less than its 32GB counterpart.
RIM launched the 7-inch device in 2010 with a £559 price tag, meaning that British customers stand to make a saving of £430 if they pick up the spacious model from either retailer.
The PlayBook has not sold as well as RIM anticipated during the two years since its release, with its market performance cited as one of the factors behind the firm's dismal year.
RIM recently discontinued the 16GB model of the PlayBook, but remains committed to the tablet line, confirming that it will receive the BlackBerry 10 operating system early next year.
A next generation tablet dubbed BlackBerry Blackforest was outed last month.
