At the IFA 2012 trade show in Berlin, Samsung announced the "brand new" Series 7, which comes with a 27-inch touchscreen display boasting a resolution of 2560×1440.
The PC runs Microsoft's touch-enabled Windows 8 operating system, which will officially launch worldwide on October 26.
The Series 7 has a 3rd generation Intel Core i7 processor, 8GB RAM, a dedicated AMD Radeon HD graphics, and a 14W speaker. It comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse set up.
Other features on the Series 7 AIO include Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, three rear USB 2.0 ports, two USB 3.0 slots on the side, a 720p HD integrated camera (with hand gesture recognition) and a Blu-ray drive.
Graham Long, the vice president of corporate sales & IT solutions at Samsung UK and Ireland, said the firm believes there is massive potential for AIO machines with the launch of Windows 8.
"The All-In-One PC market carries enormous growth potential by taking convergence technologies to the next level," he said.
"The new All-In-One PC Series 7 lives up to the true promise of all-in-one, incorporating many exciting hardware and software features to offer a maximised home entertainment experience."
Samsung has secured an exclusive app from Jamie Oliver - featuring a range of recipes from the chef - that will be pre-installed on all its new Windows 8 machines.
Later today, Samsung is expected to announce a new version of its Galaxy Note smartphone/tablet hybrid device at IFA, expected to feature a larger screen and an improved camera.
