The flagship Xperia T model will include Sony's best HD smartphone screen, camera and 'one-touch' functions with NFC (Near Field Communications).


The Xperia T series will be featured in the upcoming James Bond film Skyfall, released at cinemas on October 26.
It will contain a 4.6" HD Reality Display, with a 13MP fast capture camera and full 1080p HD video recording and 720p HD front camera.
The Xperia J model will come in a 9.2mm slim design, with a large 4.0" FWVGA display and 5MP camera.
Meanwhile, the Xperia Tablet S joins the growing tablet market, and comes with an NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor and Android 4.0.3 operating system.
The Xperia T will launch in September, while the Xperia J will be released in late 2012.

The Xperia J smartphone project was previously leaked by a Russian website earlier this month.
