The details of the iPhone 5 launch and the phone specifications have been the subject of intense scrutiny in recent weeks, with the phone set to officially launch at an Apple event in San Francisco tomorrow (September 12).
Mobile insiders have reportedly revealed to The Telegraph that the phone will hit the UK on September 21.
American reports had earlier claimed that the date would see the phone arrive in the US, but it had not been clear whether the phone would also be ready to launch in the UK on the same day.
Details are scarce on the new model, but leaked images suggest an even smaller docking connector for the new phone.
Other rumoured features for the iPhone 5 include a music-streaming service, 4G support, redesigned headphones and an ultra-thin display.
