Megan Fox has joined forces with Acer to promote its Aspire S7 line of ultrabook PCs.
The Transformers star portrays a marine biologist in the video campaign, leading a group of geeky scientists on a mission to develop software that will enable her to speak with dolphins.
Fox said: "I decided to work with Acer because I'm a technology geek in real life - I love video games and computers. I do enjoy playing different roles and I like to parody myself and this was a good opportunity to do that."
The actress follows in the footsteps of Kiefer Sutherland, who parodied his 24 role of Jack Bauer to advertise the laptop range earlier this year.
Intel marketing manager Ryan Baker added: "The Acer Aspire S7 really is one of the world's most beautiful and impressive UItrabooks and we like to think of the Intel Core processor inside as the brain powering the beauty."
The Acer Aspire S7, which features an Intel Core i5 Ivy Bridge processor, 128GB of SSD storage and 4GB RAM, is available now in the UK and US.
