The new laptop model will run the search engine giant's Chrome operating system, and retail at the budget-friendly price of £199.
Powered by an Intel Celeron 847 processor and 2GB of of DDR3 memory, the C7 Chromebook offers a speedy performance with a boot time of less than 18 seconds and instant resume from sleep mode.
The laptops feature an 11.6-inch HD screen backed by CineCrystal technology and come with an 1.3MP webcam, as well as USB 2.0 and HDMI support.
Chromebook users can take full advantage of Google's array of apps and services, with 100GB of Google Drive space offered free for the first two years.
