The flagship Android handsets have been the subject of intense speculation and numerous leaks, but have now appear to have been outed online.
Previous reports suggest the high-end Xperia Z will be will be waterproof, dust-resistant and measure in at 139 x 71 x 7.9mm. A five-inch display and a 12-megapixel camera are also expected to be included.
Believed to be in development under the codename of Yuga, the handset will reportedly be capable of hosting images in 1920 x 1080, backed up by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor and 2GB RAM.
The newly-outed press images confirm that the Xperia ZL will sport an alternate form factor, with a chassis resembling the Sony Xperia Go and a front-facing camera in the bottom right corner.
Sony is expected to showcase the new handsets at either this month's Consumer Electronics Show or the Mobile World Congress in February.
