The operator is yet to confirm pricing for the handset, but has revealed that its usual incentives will apply for customers who take out the Android device on contract.
Existing broadband and TiVo subscribers will receive £5 off their month contracts and inclusive insurance worth £7.99, as well as other incentives.
"We're absolutely thrilled with the prospect of offering the Samsung Galaxy S4 - it's an epic phone so we'll be making some epic deals for our broadband and TiVo customers to match," said Virgin Media executive Graeme Oxby.
"Samsung devices like the Galaxy Ace 2 and Galaxy S3 have consistently topped our sales charts so we're expecting the Galaxy S4 to go down a treat with Virgin Media customers."
He added: "The Galaxy S4 is far more than a bigger-screened, more powerful version of its predecessors, but has some genuinely head-turning features like eye scrolling technology, which is why we're urging smartphone fans to register online now so they don't miss out when the Galaxy S4 hits the shelves.
"Even though the pricing is still to be confirmed, one thing we do know is that our broadband and TiVo customers who chose the Samsung Galaxy S4 will get plenty of extras including £5 off their monthly tariff and inclusive phone insurance."
Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S4 yesterday (March 14), confirming that the smartphone will come with the latest Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean), and run Samsung's new super-powerful 1.6 GHz Octa-Core Processor, backed by a huge 2,600 mAh battery.
The handset will be available in the UK from April 26.
