A new channel from women's magazine Cosmopolian hopes to rival the likes of Living and Granada Breeze when it launches next year. Cosmopolitan Television, already broadcasting in Spain, has the slogan 'Fun, Fearless, Female', and offers programming on woman's issues, as well as chat shows and documentaries.
