Streaker stars in new ITV Sport Channel ad

A "professional" streaker is the star of the latest series of adverts for the ITV Sport Channel.

The "Football in all its glory" ads feature Barry, a life-long streaker, and charts the effects his vocation has on his day-to-day life. Filmed in and around London, the ads were created by Mother (the team responsible for the Monkey campaign), and were directed by Father Ted creator Graham Linehan.
29-year-old stand-up comedian Steve Edge plays the role of Barry in the campaign, which kicks off this evening.
"The team assembled to produce this campaign is top notch and the results are of the quality you would expect," an ITV Digital spokesman said. "The campaign perfectly communicates the depth and quality of football available on the ITV Sport Channel and of course is very funny indeed."
